Here is our list of pesticide free herbs with growing information relating to each variety. Most varieties offered are of a commercial origin not normally available to the amateur grower.




Common' Thyme one of the more popular varieties, has tiny oval shaped green leaves with pretty tiny pale pink flowers in the summer. One of the most common herbs in cooking, used in lots of dishes such as stews, stuffing's, pizzas, chicken, fish and pies. The oils are said to be used to aid digestion, coughs and colds,


Once 15cm tall through the summer months. Use fresh or dry leaves and store in an airtight container. Do not cut back too harsh as they don't like it!
