Description:
Easy to grow 'Apple' Mint has soft slightly furry oval green leaves with a hint of apple smell and creamy/pale pink flowers in the summer. The leaves of this plant can be used to make apple mint jelly and the classic mint sauce as well as a flavouring in dishes such as apple mint couscous. It is also often used to make a mint tea, as a garnish, or in salads.
Harvest:
Once established and plant is about 10cm tall. Pinch out the growing tips to encourage it to bush out.
